3 Beaches to See in Sciacca

Timpi Russi: A Small Oasis Surrounded by Nature

A small bay that surprises you from the moment you hear its name.
Its name, in fact, recalls the reddish color of its sand, a distinctive feature that sets it apart from the other beaches along the coast of Sciacca.
It’s a beach mostly frequented by locals, by those who know the area well and know exactly where to go when they want to escape the crowds and enjoy a little peace and quiet.
And that’s exactly the feeling you get at Timpi Russi: the feeling of having arrived at a little oasis of peace and tranquility.
A place to slow down, take a swim, and leave everything else behind, at least for a few hours.

Lumia: A Sea That Looks Like a Painting

A beach that captivates you above all with the stunning color of its sea.
Here, the sand gives way to medium-sized white pebbles, with only a small amount of fine sand.
The sea is clear and transparent, with that beautiful sky-blue color that, on sunny days, almost seems too perfect to be real.
Lumia is also a place to come and unwind. Under the pine trees, you’ll find a small play area for children, a little detail that makes this beach a pleasant choice for families too.
This is a place to come mainly to relax, take a swim, and enjoy the sea at your own pace.

San Marco: Sea, Beach Bars and a Taste of Summer

Here, the atmosphere is a little different, and you can feel the summer spirit even more.
The long coastline is lined by a turquoise, crystal-clear sea and golden sandy beaches. It’s one of those beaches in Sciacca where you can spend an entire day without ever feeling the need to leave.
There are several beach bars along the shore, where you can stop for lunch with the sea right in front of you, or come back in the evening for dinner as the sun begins to set.
And then there’s the lively atmosphere, the music, the people you meet, and that vibrant energy that fills summer days.

And who knows, maybe one of these beaches will become your favorite little corner of Sciacca.
